Cancellation/Spa Policy

Appointments will only be secured with a debit or credit card on file, but not charged until services are rendered.

-It is essential that we start your session on time. If you are late within reason, I  can only offer the remaining time of your session. 15 minutes late for a 50 minute session will result in automatic cancellation and a full cancellation fee. 20 minutes late for a 80-minute session will result in automatic cancellation and full cancellation fee.

You may cancel without charge only 12 hours prior to your appointment.  Any appointments canceled less than 12hours prior to your appointment or No Show, WILL result in a 100% cancellation fee in the amount  of your scheduled treatment.
